Bhaswar Chatterjee to wear Satyajit's blue sweater

Actor Bhaswar Chatterjee, who is shooting in Kalimpong for 'Brown Shaheb er Bari', one of the four ghost stories from Sandip Ray's 'Jekhane Bhooter Bhoy', is still in a daze. He couldn't believe his ears when the director told him that he'd need to wear a blue sweater that once belonged to the legendary Satyajit Ray, for a particular scene in the film.
It took him exactly five minutes to register if he was hearing it right. "I was dumbstruck when when Babuda (Sandip) told me that I have to wear his father's sweater for a scene. I was literally shaking when I got to hold it in my hands. I felt so honoured," said Bhaswar, adding further, "This is my second film with Babuda. He is a cool director to work with. Babuda has great sense of humour. When he called me first, he had asked, 'Bhaswar, tomake amar film e cast korte chai, khub ashubidhe hobe ki date dite?' He is that modest! I play Abir's (Chatterjee) friend, Aneek, who is scared of ghosts. But he is forced by Abir to help him trace Brown Saheb."
The film has been produced by Shree Venkatesh Films in association with Surinder Films. " Brown Shaheb er Bari is written by Baba (Satyajit Ray). The whole team is wonderful to work with," said the director. Talking about spirits, Bhaswar is also part of Swapan Ghoshal's Bhuture Somudure where he plays a ghost
